Club House Rental
The Clubhouse has three major rooms: a meeting room, a dining room, a kitchen and additionally two (2) bathrooms, a storage room and an outdoor fenced in area. The building is appropriate for day one time use for seminars, conferences, meetings and for social functions such as weddings, anniversaries, baptisms and birthday parties. It is also a perfect location and space for a local part time business, for example a ballet school renting twice weekly for an hourly rate.
The Kitchen:
The state-of-the-art kitchen has been completely refurbished and is loaded with commercial grade appliances.
Meeting Room:
An attractive large room surfaced with oak hardwood floors. It can accommodate 80 people seated theater style or 65 at tables.
Dining Room:
Designed to accommodate diners seated at tables for ten. Approximately 70 diners can be seated. The flooring is vinyl tile for easy maintenance.
Rental Fees: (includes tables and chairs)
Saturday & Sunday - $500/day
Weekdays - 3 hour minimum $30/hr
- All rentals require $300.00 deposit, refundable if building and grounds are left clean with no damage;
- Deposit paid at time of booking, rent due two weeks prior to rental date; and,
- Security guard and liability insurance required.
